  55.        EXPLANATION OF PART TWO (reimbursement for undeliverable 
  56.        addresses:) 
  57.               
  58.        I frequently remove and update undeliverable addresses from the 
  59.        mailing list database. One way I do this ON A RANDOM SPOT CHECK 
  60.        BASIS is to reimburse product users for mail which is returned 
  61.        as undeliverable. This helps keep the database addresses correct 
  62.        and reimburses registered users for wasted postage. 
  63.  
  64.        Here is how it works. When I receive your registration form, 
  65.        registration fee and the special claim form which is attached to 
  66.        the main registration form (see file ORDER.FRM), I will make a 
  67.        decision ON A RANDOM SPOT CHECK BASIS whether to validate your 
  68.        claim form and return it to you (you remain a registered user, 
  69.        of course.) In other words, Seattle Scientific Photography, and 
  70.        the author of this software, MAY OR MAY NOT, AT OUR EXCLUSIVE 
  71.        OPTION validate the claim form and return it to you.

  73.        The reason why I do not validate every claim form is that I need 
  74.        only SPOT CHECKS of mailing list accuracy, NOT mailing address 
  75.        corrections from EVERY user of the mailing list database.

  77.        TERMS:

  79.        If you mail Seattle Scientific Photography the ORIGINAL envelope 
  80.        face(s) with attached mailing label and US postal "address 
  81.        undeliverable" stamp for any undeliverable envelopes returned to 
  82.        you whose original destination address was derived from this 
  83.        package, I will pay to you 29 cents per undeliverable item. I 
  84.        only do this with a FEW registered users on a random spot check 
  85.        basis. This offer is valid for only 90 days from validation date 
  86.        I will stamp on the claim form. 
  87.        
  88.        The claim form must accompany request for reimbursement. The 
  89.        original claim form must be returned with undeliverable proofs 
  90.        (faces of envelopes or disk mailers.) Limited only to 
  91.        paid/registered users. The form must have OFFICIAL VALIDATION 
  92.        and date and be returned with your claim for reimbursement. 
  93.        Limit of one claim per user per year.
